Keith serves as Facility Director of the Commerce Facility. He graduated with his Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas School of Physical Therapy in 1988. Keith also serves as the facility’s Clinical Instructor for students who come to this facility for their internships. He has completed advanced training in manual spine manipulative therapy by the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Keith and wife Rori are the proud parents of two children, one son and one daughter.
